五花肉切片(稍微厚点)

炸了点嫩豆腐和莲菜条

做法:
1、锅底油,放花椒、大料炸香后,下姜片爆香加入肉片翻炒,等肉片变色后加料酒、酱油,烧至上色,加少量清水中火炖10分钟

2、加海带丝再翻炒5分钟后加白菜、豆腐。

3、等白菜炒出水分后,加清水至盖过食材,放入粉条、炸莲菜条,锅开后中火炖10分钟,加盐、味精调味出锅。完成~~~
